Anna Corbi, M.S., MHC-LP

Little kids often have big feelings. My commitment is to provide a safe and accepting environment for children to explore those feelings. I believe that play is the natural way of communication for young children. Children may communicate thoughts and feelings in ways that they may not be ready or able to verbalize in traditional therapy settings.

Through my practice, your child will have the space to express themselves through therapeutic play and creativity. This approach will allow them to not only feel better, but to learn how to use coping skills and mindfulness tools to regulate their emotions and behavior, while building strengths and overcoming obstacles.

Goals may include relieving troubling symptoms, establishing effective coping skills, improving relationships/communication with family and peers, developing problem solving/conflict resolution skills, navigating sexuality and/or gender identity, and gaining a greater sense of awareness that empowers young people to live an authentic and fulfilling life.

If you are looking for a supportive, non-judgmental, creative, inclusive and gender affirming therapist for your child, please feel free to contact me.
